Located approximately 160km from both Cobar and Ivanhoe in Western New South Wales.
The property covers areas of Mulga, a favourable edible hardy shrub in the area, along with Emu Bush, Currajong, Bluebush, and Hopbush. Other lightly timbers areas include Box, Belah, Wilga, Leopardwood, Coolabah and occasional strips of Mallee with Spinifix. Consisting of undulating country of good sandy loams with some ironstone ridges. Pastures include Trefoil, Clover, Crowfoot, Corkscrew, Cannonball, Copperburr, Spinach and Medic.
The four bedroom homestead is comfortable with a wood heater and a evaporative cooler with ducted vents. The timber kitchen is equipped with cooktop, rangehood, oven and grill, good storage space and opens to the dining area. Floorboards are featured throughout the home.
