Located approximately 160km from both Cobar and Ivanhoe in Western New South Wales.
The property covers areas of Mulga, a favourable edible hardy shrub in the area, along with Emu Bush, Currajong, Bluebush, and Hopbush. Other lightly timbers areas include Box, Belah, Wilga, Leopardwood, Coolabah and occasional strips of Mallee with Spinifix. Consisting of undulating country of good sandy loams with some ironstone ridges. Pastures include Trefoil, Clover, Crowfoot, Corkscrew, Cannonball, Copperburr, Spinach and Medic.
